  • Colour representation is only as accurate as the printing process will allow.
  • All styles are subject to availability.
  • Please be aware that unless otherwise stated all sizes are approximate garment measurements in inches. These are shown for guidance only.
  • Please note where cloth is woven specially for an order, the quantity delivered maybe +/- 10% on quantity ordered.
  • Where artwork is required, the first presentation of artwork is free of charge, subsequent artwork is charged at cost.
  • Please remember to check size and quantity before print and/or embroidery etc. as no credit can be allowed for worn, decorated or processed garments.

Samples

  • We do charge for samples but credit accordingly on their return.
    We do not charge carriage on samples.

VAT

  • We must be advised in writing at the time of order if the clothing item is “held out for sale for children under 14 years of age”. We can then zero rate an item.

Delivery Forecasts

  • All forecasts are approximate working weeks and may be longer during peak season. We will always try to improve delivery when required.
